I visited Germany in the late summer of 2021. Even in late August, the sky was already gray and overcast with random rain showers. But even then, at rare times the sun will emerge for a hot second from behind the clouds, and reward us with the most splendid vistas of the rolling landscapes along the banks of the Moselle River. Unbiqitis castles literally dotted the hills above Disneyland towns. I must say I can’t wait to go back and do more explorations. Germany has so much to offer from the cool vibe of super hip and artsy Berlin to laid-back towns to local wineries for some sophisticated wines such as Gewürztraminer or Riesling. I feel like Germany has to offer a bit of everything for everybody whether Octoberfest or the Berlin Art Galleries is your thing.
